Driving Conditions

-Do not try to make or do stunts or tricks with your skateboard. The board is neither designed nor suitable for this.
- Although the product was manufactured for maximum performance and long durability, damage can occur. Hopping or other aggressive handling or driving may cause the board to become overloaded, damaged and/or damaged, and you expose yourself to a risk of injury.
- Electric skateboards are relatively quiet vehicles, so you must pay attention and care to pedestrians or others who may be having trouble discovering you.
- The skateboard must not be exposed to water. This means that the board must not be driven in wet weather or on wet surfaces or in other ways come into contact with water. Exposing the brakes and other electrical components to water may cause damage to the board - and the board may stop working.
- The skateboard is designed for driving on smooth and dry surfaces, like sidewalks. Wet, icy, uneven or rough surfaces can weaken acceleration and braking performance and may cause damage to the board and accidents.
- Only one person is allowed on the board at a time.
- Always wear a helmet and other protective equipment when driving.
- Never use headphones, mobile phones or the like while driving. Always be very careful and aware when driving the electric skateboard. We are not responsible for driving or using the board. Risk of serious injury When driving the electric skateboard, you expose yourself to the risk of injury caused by loss of control, collision, and fall.

Always take the necessary precautions:

- Only one person is allowed on the board at a time.

- Always wear a helmet and other protective equipment when driving.

- Never use headphones, mobile phones or the like while driving.

- Avoid driving in the dark. If you drive in the dark, be sure to take extra care and always wear the front and rear lights on the board as well as apply a reflex. Wet, icy, uneven or rough surfaces can weaken acceleration and braking and may cause accidents. You must always be aware of sidewalks, stairs and other potential obstacles and hazards.

Risk of injury! Always keep your fingers, hair, clothes and the like away from the engine, wheels and any other moving parts on the board.

Risk of electric shock! Never modify, open or tamper with the electronics on the board. This can pose a risk of injury and it voids the warranty.

Avoid water! The skateboard must not be exposed to water. Water damage is not covered by the warranty.

- You must regularly inspect your board for damage.

- You must regularly check that your board is working properly.

- Before driving, make sure all screws are screwed properly.

- You must unplug the board and the remote control when not in use.

- You must keep the board's battery fully charged when not in use. Even if you do not use the board, the battery must be charged every three months. - Do not leave the board unattended.

- You must disconnect the battery from the charger once it is fully charged.

- The charger should be inspected regularly for damage. In case of damage, do not charge the charger until the charger is repaired or replaced.

- Do not open or make any changes to the electronics on the board.

- Do not clean your board with hard abrasives, chemicals or detergents. Use a damp cloth to wipe off dust and dirt. The purchase relationship is governed by Law 21 June 2002 No. 34 on Consumer Procurement (Consumer Purchase Act) and Law 20 June 2014 No. 27 on Disclosure and Right of Refusal for Distance Sales and Sales Outside Fixed Business Premises (Law of Restrictions).

The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there is a typing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the order solution in the online store or in the buyer's order and the other party realized or ought to have realized that such an error exists.

The seller may require payment for the item from the time it is shipped from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses credit or debit card upon payment, the seller may reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day as the item is shipped. In case of invoice payment, the invoice of the buyer will be issued upon shipment of the item. The payment deadline appears on the invoice and is at least 14 days from receipt. Buyers under 18 years cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

Right of withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of cancellation, the buyer may undo the purchase of the goods under the Copyright Law. The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of cancellation within 14 days from the date of expiry. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, public holiday or holiday, the deadline for the next business day is extended. The deadline for filing is deemed to be complied with if a message has been sent before the expiry of the deadline. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of cancellation has been made applicable and the notice should, therefore, be made in writing (cancellation form, e-mail or letter).

When buying single items, the deadline will expire on the day after the item (s) are received. If a subscription is sold or the agreement involves regular delivery of identical goods, the deadline expires on the day after the first shipment is received.

Complies with the purchase of multiple deliveries, the deadline will run from the day after the last delivery is received.

The expiry date is extended to 12 months after the expiration of the original deadline if the seller does not announce a right of cancellation and a standardized resignation form prior to the date of the agreement. The same applies to missing information about terms, deadlines, and procedures for using the right of cancellation. If the trader provides the information during these 12 months, the deadline will expire 14 days after the date the buyer received the information. When using the right of cancellation, the item must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notice of the use of the right of cancellation. Buyer will cover the direct cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to disclose that the buyer will cover the return costs. The seller can not set a fee for the buyer's use of the right of withdrawal. The buyer may try or test the product in a proper manner to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product without the right of cancellation to fall. If testing or testing of the item goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be liable for any reduced value of the item. The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the seller was notified of the buyer's decision to use the right of withdrawal. The seller is entitled to hold back the payment until he has received the goods from the buyer or until the buyer has submitted documentation for the goods returned.

Unless the buyer agrees to anything else, the Seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal information necessary for the seller to be able to fulfill the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to complete the agreement with the buyer, or in a statutory case.
